When your organization creates an account, we collect names, email addresses, job titles, phone numbers, and organization details necessary to provide the Service.

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including access times, pages viewed, features used, browser type, and IP address.
Customer Data
You and your organization may submit data to the Service in connection with your use, including menus, orders, school and district information, and operational records ("Customer Data"). You control what Customer Data is submitted.

We retain account information and Customer Data for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after termination to allow for data export. Usage data and logs may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form for analytics purposes. We delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy.
